What is my login username & password?
Your login is the Paypal email address used when making the purchase and your password is the Transaction ID received from Paypal. The password is typically 17 characters long and contains both numbers and upper case letters. Our system has sent an email to your Paypal email address containing this information.

  • Please check your spam / bulk / junk email box. Our email may of been seen as spam.
  • Still can find our email? No problem : you can just use the Paypal "Transaction ID" as your password.
I am logged in but don't seem to be able to download the file successfully...
We recommend Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Firefox browsers. Other browsers are not tested and may not support our download routine.
